Wholesale Program

CenturyParts works with qualified business customers — landscapers, property managers, equipment dealers, and rental operations — through a wholesale program that runs separately from our retail store. Retail purchases on our website follow our standard Shipping, Return & Refund policies.

Who Can Apply

• A registered physical retail store or service business, or
• An established online business with a verifiable presence.

All applications are reviewed to confirm business legitimacy. CenturyParts may approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.

Wholesale Orders & Pricing

• Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts and is quoted in USD.
• Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with retail discount codes unless agreed in writing.
• Promotional retail pricing does not apply to wholesale orders.
• Orders must be paid in full before shipment; invoices are available on request.

Shipping & Returns for Wholesale

• Handling time is typically 1–2 business days unless otherwise communicated.
• Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the wholesale customer; free shipping may be offered on select orders at our discretion.
• All items are inspected before shipment; issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
• Wholesale returns are handled case by case — contact us before returning any order.

Bulk & B2B Orders

We accept bulk orders from approved B2B customers. Large-volume orders may be governed by separate written agreements — get in touch and we will put a quote together.
